As the mom of a young and growing military family, one of the first things I did after moving to Maine was to look for a new PCP, pediatrician, and obstetrician. We had recently joined the Martin’s Point US Family health plan and I was so happy to find that my top choices for all three were in their provider network. But, when I learned that my first choice for PCP was not accepting new patients, I wasn’t sure where to turn. I reached out to Martin’s Point for help. They contacted the doctor’s office and I quickly got a return call asking when I’d like to make my first appointment. Now THAT is service!
Whether it's been calling from a pharmacy about a prescription, adding new children to our plan, or asking about copays and coverage, we have always received immediate action from Martin’s Point. Their Member Services team is, by far, the easiest I have EVER dealt with
I'm also a big fan of the mail-order pharmacy. As a very busy mom, it’s so easy to order our prescriptions over the phone and get them in the mail, rather than having to pack up the kids and wait in long lines at a local pharmacy.
When my husband signed me up in the DEERS system at work, he received a packet showing the different health coverage options in our area. I am so grateful that we chose Martin’s Point. As parents of a toddler and a new baby, we really appreciate the excellent benefits and service this plan provides our family. We feel truly taken care of.
