Disclosure Regarding Officer and Director Compensation

In accordance with 13-B M.R.S.A § 713-A, we provide the following information regarding the compensation paid to certain senior executive officers:

The compensation paid to Martin's Point executives is determined and monitored by the Board of Directors, using a thoughtfully designed process that includes performance review, comparative market data and input from independent consultants.

For the period of January 1, 2015 through to December 31, 2015, three senior executive officers at Martin's Point received total compensation in excess of $250,000. The following is a list of those individuals.

Total compensation and benefits greater than $500,000

David H. Howes - President, Chief Executive Officer
Dale Bradford - Chief Business & Financial Officer

Total compensation and benefits between $250,000 and $500,000

Daniel Chojnowski - Chief  Financial Officer

* Total compensation includes salary, bonuses, expense allowances and other forms of monetary compensation.
